Technical help for the HD download
This is what you need to do in order to get the HD version playing on your computer in less time than it takes to eat a large pizza.
1. Go to the product page and buy the HD version of the film.
2. You’ll recieve an email which will contain a link to the film.
3. I strongly suggest you right click on this link and choose “save as” (otherwise it may try and stream the film). If you have firefox or opera this isn’t necessary, but if you have Internet Explorer or Chrome then it is.
4. Wait patiently as it downloads to your computer. Make a cup of tea, or if you’re internet connection is on the slow side, bake some of these delicious brownies.
5. Once it’s downloaded, double click the file to play it. For most people, it will just work. If for some reason your computer doesn’t recognise the file or can’t play it then you will have to download VLC player. If you are more adventurous and want a higher quality solution then download the K-Lite Codec Pack and install it, after which windows media player will do the job better than VLC.
6. Good job! Enjoy the film.
Addendum. If you’re having problems, I strongly suggest trying to use Firefox or Opera as these browsers seem to work much, much better than IE, Safari, or Chrome.

You’re probably best off right clicking on this link and choosing save as. For more help, go to this page. [...]

My TV will play DIVX in HD. Is there any way of converting the HD version to DIVX so I can watch it?
